These photographs are of the Biennial Summer Party held in Broughton House on 10 July 2024 at which this new Website was launched, together with the Programme of Talks for the 2024-25 season. Hilary Alcock, Chair, welcomed and introduced Andrea Thompson DL, editor of Dumfries & Galloway Life magazine, who performed the honours. This was preceded by an illustrated introduction to the Website by John Brown, Secretary. Invited guests included: Sandy and Anne Rankin, and Angus Rex, of the Galloway Association of Glasgow.
